“The Southern Steps:  The Mark of the Church”
 

This staircase was known as the Rabbi's teaching staircase.  

Faith Lesson #1

    The Church is God's presence to the world.
        “When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together 
     in one place.”                                                    Acts 2:1  

    The Temple is sometimes called “the House”.

   “Do you not know that you are a temple of God, and that 
     the Spirit of God dwells in you?”       1 Corinthians 3:16

How much do you care for the people around you that don’t 
have what you have?
 

Faith Lesson #2

    The church is to care about people.

“Share with God’s people who are in need.  Practice
 hospitality.”                                             Romans 12:13
